Ingredients

  • 1 tbs cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp 8-Pepper-Cèilidh Mustard
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • grated peel of an organic orange
  • salt and pepper to taste

How-to
Mix all together and our over 3 medium-sized grated carrots and wedges of one orange.
