Great Taste Award 2024

Bonnie Wholegrain has been awarded a Gold Star ⭐️ at the Great Taste Awards 2024! The judging panel is made up of respected independent food and drink experts and they stated:

"The mustard looks thick with seeds and has an amazingly  fragrant aroma - all the ingredients mentioned can be found on the nose. The taste explodes in the mouth, first mustard, then lime, then the fruitiness and finally the honey rounding it off. The seeds also have a fantastic bite to them. One judge said she would prefer less seeds, so a slightly looser texture."

"The initial fermented smell of this mustard gives way to an attractive sweetness. The slightly crunchy mustard seeds are rounded rather than harsh in flavour and the bitter sweet notes give it a long, complex finish."

Once again it is time to say THANK YOU to everyone who has believed in and supported me and this exciting venture from the very beginning.
