Status of terms
These Terms constitute a legal document ("the Agreement") setting out the rights and obligations of you as a user or buyer ("you") and Heike Winter ("The Hebridean Mustard Company", "Mustheb", "we" or "us") with respect to the products we offer either through this website or any of the other websites owned by us ("hebrideanmustard.com") or through other distribution channels. By using hebrideanmustard.com, ordering products from us, you agree to the terms of this agreement and acknowledge this agreement each time you use hebrideanmustard.com.

Unless otherwise stated, the offers on this website are directed exclusively at those who access this website from the United Kingdom. Those who choose to access this website from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws apply. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland. You and we shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts in relation to any dispute arising out of this Agreement.
For all orders for delivery outside mainland United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, ownership and risk in goods shall pass to you immediately on the date on which such goods are made available to you at our premises. The prices quoted on hebrideanmustard.com are exclusive of local taxes, import duties and customs duties. You acknowledge and agree that The Hebridean Mustard Company shall have no liability to you in respect of any such taxes, including value-added tax, customs duties or releases, which may arise after the goods have been made available to you at our premises.
Placing an order
You order on hebrideanmustard.com by clicking the order button at the end of the order process. We will send you an e-mail with your order details. The order acceptance and the conclusion of the contract between you and us take place only with the dispatch of the ordered products.

Returns and cancellation policy
We do hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different to that which you have ordered, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 days of delivery. We will refund you using the method of payment used to make the purchase. Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. We will refund accepted returns within 30 days of you notifying us about the return. The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser. Liability for loss or damage during transit of goods being returned is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery
All UK-wide deliveries are sent by Royal Mail. For UK deliveries please allow 3-5 working days from clearance of funds. For international deliveries please contact the office for further information. For specific details please check our Shipping & Payment Details.
Complaints handling procedure
All complaints are taken seriously and will be investigated as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible.
